By using BrandSig you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

BrandSig generates HTML email signatures from a website URL you provide. The free plan runs in your browser and does not store the signatures you create. Signatures you generate are yours to use.

Acceptable use

Only scan websites you own or are authorised to use. Do not use BrandSig to impersonate others, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to attempt to overload or abuse the scanning service. We apply fair-use limits and may block abusive traffic.

Availability and warranty

BrandSig is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Extracted brand details are a best-effort guess and may be incomplete — always review your signature before using it. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
